Seminar on Ethics

Ivan Klesic, Auditor General and Nediljka Rogosic, Deputy Auditor General, together with their associates, stayed in Podgorica, Montenegro on February 15 and 16, 2023, where a Seminar on Ethics was held at the invitation of the State Audit Institution of Montenegro.
During the seminar, the ethical codes of both institutions were presented, and presentations and discussions were held on the subject of ethics, seminars on ethics as a key tool for human resource management, ethical framework, tools for monitoring and evaluation, and ethical dilemmas.
The audit of ethics in the public sector was also discussed, including an example of the performance audit on the functioning of the ethical infrastructure in the public sector bodies of the Republic of Croatia and a review of auditing ethics in political parties. Research results related to ethics in local units were also presented. The seminar ended with a presentation of the activities of EUROSAI's Network on Ethics chaired by the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia and a constructive discussion on the topics presented.
