Study Visit From National Audit Office of the Republic of Albania

From 28 to 30 September 2015 the State Audit Office hosted a study visit from the colleagues from the National Audit Office of the Republic of Albania. On the first day of the visit, 28 September 2015, representatives of the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia presented implementation of ISSAI auditing standards in performing financial and performance audits, with special emphasis on approach and the manner of preparing reports and audit reporting, using two concrete examples.

On the second day of the study visit was discussed on reporting in the field of financial audit, using an example of a state owned company and audits of local government units. The last day of the study visit was dedicated to the quality control and quality assurance in the State Audit Office, with particular emphasis on quality control in the phase of reporting.
 
During study visits with counterparts also exchanged experiences from other areas of work, as well as the associated regulations for the state auditors work.
