As a part of activity 2.2. webinar was held and a brochure was published

Within the Twinning project "Improvement of External Audit and Parliamentary Oversight" in the Republic of North Macedonia, Short Term Experts from the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia continued with the implementation of project activities.
 
During May and June, within activity 2.2. "Elaborate analysis report with recommendations on improvement of the interaction of the SAO with the relevant stakeholders" there was a survey conducted through a questionnaire, webinar organized and a brochure published on the importance of communication between the State Audit Office of the Republic of North Macedonia and its stakeholders.
 
In cooperation with the State Audit Office of the Republic of North Macedonia, a webinar „Improvement of the interaction of the State Audit Office of the Republic of North Macedonia with stakeholders” was organized with 46 participants, out of which 17 were stakeholder representatives and the rest were representatives of the EU Delegation in the Republic of North Macedonia and employees of the State Audit Office of the Republic of North Macedonia. The webinar discussed the importance of communication with external and internal stakeholders in order to achieve greater efficiency, transparency and accountability of the public sector and the quality of public services, and thus the quality of life of all citizens.
 
The webinar participants were introduced to the interaction of Supreme Audit Institutions and their stakeholders and the expectations and benefits of well-established communication processes, the role and importance of the State Audit Office of the Republic of North Macedonia and its current communication processes. During the webinar, the results of a survey based on a survey conducted among stakeholders of the State Audit Office of North Macedonia were presented.
 
The brochure “Communication of the State Audit Office with the stakeholders” was compiled.
